Hey, my name is Tiffany Haleamau
I grew up in Hawaii, surrounded by the kind of beauty you never forget. That early connection to nature and storytelling is what led me to photography — and what keeps me grounded today.
Now, I’m a wedding photographer, a mama to girls who keep me inspired, a world traveler with a suitcase always half-packed, and a big-hearted animal lover (our rescue pets run the house, honestly). When I’m not photographing love stories, you’ll find me barefoot in the garden, chasing light or joy — sometimes both.
I started Southern Light Wedding Photography for couples who want more than posed photos. You want to feel something. Remember something. See yourselves honestly and beautifully. And that’s exactly what I’m here to give you.

When you work with me, you’re not just hiring someone to show up and take pictures. I’m here to help you slow down, breathe it all in, and be fully present. I’ll gently guide you when needed, step back when it matters, and always look for the quiet magic in between the big moments.
I’m not interested in stiff poses or picture-perfect trends. I’m drawn to real connection — the way your partner looks at you when you’re not watching, the laughter that bubbles out unexpectedly, the wind messing up your hair in the best way. I use natural light, honest emotion, and a relaxed approach to tell your story in a way that feels like you.
Whether we’re hiking to a ceremony spot, navigating a timeline, or finding five quiet minutes for portraits in golden hour, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. You deserve to remember your wedding not just by how it looked — but by how it felt.

STEP 02
Call or meet up
Let's start with a discovery call, then follow up with a zoom call or meet up to get to know each other better. I'm with you for your whole wedding - lets make sure it's good fit.
STEP 03
secure your date
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been processed and a signed contract is received. All retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date.
STEP 04
the big day
Your wedding day is here! I'll be you day of planner, people wrangler, and biggest cheerleader!
STEP 05
delivering photos
Once your images are professionally edited, they will be uploaded to your private online gallery in 4-6 weeks. Sneak peeks are part of every package!
